Good Evening! YAY!! I finally have a computer I can use again (albeit my old one)....we had no luck with computers- my old one blew up after a power surge, the new one we replaced that with had a motherboard fault (now being repaired under warranty) and so we had to get the awesomely talented Wayne from SuperGeek to fix our old one.  My blogging withdrawals are now subsiding LOL!!!!

Onto the fun stuff.  You all remember me being offered a spot on the design team at the Southern Girls Blog?? Well they have a super challenge this fortnight and want you all to show us your girly...so anything girly- cards layouts...anything!

This was my attempt.....I have used Fairy Pari Berry by Dt's Art. Check out their awesome digis here.  The gorgeous teapot template I found by Deneen Treble on Top Tip Tuesday.  I modified it to make it into an easle card. Very cute dont you think???  The flowers are of course WOC, coloured with my faithful prismas (although I am splashing out with the odd copic...hopefully in a years time I will have enough to colour a whole image LOL!!!)
I am hoping to upload some pics of some more cards I have been doing for the preps to make for the school fete.... now my camera is playing up....can't win a trick can I??? Technology- what did we do 100 years ago, I tell ya, I'm hopeless!!!! anyway thats it for me tonight- night duty beckons.....I am going to try and get to the Lawnton markets on saturday the 5 May... we'll see what the weather is doing.  'Til then take care, stay safe XOX Tania.

No card but a little tip

Good evening... AND HAPPY EASTER!!! hope you all had a fantastic easter for those who celebrate this time of year :0)

I dont have a card today but a little tip....

I have been busily working on the cards for the kids school fete stall, and have been using my cricut quiet a lot as it is more cost effective than stickers. I found that the stickiness of the mat was lost really quick, and the mats are so expensive to replace.... so I went and bought a spray can of Helmar's spray adhesive...it is repositional and requires only a light spray on your mat and your good to go in a couple of minutes! it costs about $10 in oz at Riot, but I'm sure you could get it at any craft store (artists use it to hold their drawing paper in place....it is acid free and non yellowing too so safe for scrapbooking :0)

Just thought I'd share that bit of (perhaps useless) information
