angeliccrafter's 1st birthday candy.. ends 28 Feb
happy birthday to me!!! I survived my first year of blogging. Thought that was good enough reason to offer a little candy.
you do NOT have to follow me (if you just love my blog though- feel free!)
I would like you to post this candy on your blog to let everyone know about it
I would like you to leave a comment (that way I can add your name in the draw)
It will be a very technical drawing of the winner...I will write everyone's name who leaves a comment on piece's of paper and have my kids draw a winner ..... given I have two children, and to prevent fights of who will draw the name out, I guess I will have to offer a surprise 2nd prize!
you get everything in the photo, plus I have some stickles I forgot to add :0) you will get a set of my rubber shims, 6 of my handmade hat pins, stickers, rub ons, rhinestones, a couple of memento dewdrop inks and I popped in a blank card with a "with love" pop up glued inside.
goodluck spread the word, will post worldwide! ends 28 Feb...winner will be drawn on the 29th Feb so as not to disadvantage my overseas visitors.

Round birthday easel card using another fred she said digi image
good evening! Hope you are all keeping well...I am still super excited about my win (can you tell I dont win much??) anywho, heres ANOTHER grand scallop easel card. I have again used a digi image from Fred she Said...I added some dimension magic, stickles and on the stamens, I added some sparkly fluff. The paper I used doesn't have a name/company stamp (some of my paper I have bought over the years from sales...so this one could well be over five years old!) The little flower trinket is off a cheap charm necklace from cosmetics plus. The flowers are, of course, from Wild Orchid Crafts, The white curly wire is from the $2 shop. The sentiment is from Stamp It. thanks for stopping by...Its back to work tomorrow for another week...it just gets in the way of life doesn't it LOL???? so postings will be scarce over the next week. I won @ wild Orchid crafts on facebook!!!

OMG!!! I am so super excited! You all know Wild Orchid Crafts has a face book page (and if you didnt, you do now, so go and check it out!)....anyway, they had a competion to win some flowers...all you had to do was name them....easy...right???? well there was a whole stack of them, so it wasn't as easy as you would think! any way...I won YAY!!!!!! (I think it was random....but doesnt matter- 'cause I won!!!) so, as per my previous post, I no longer have to mist my white flowers anymore YAY! You have no idea how ecstatic I am :0)

Valentines swing trifold Card + Tutorial
Goodmorning! As promised last night (well very early this morning LOL!) here is the tutorial for the swing trifold card. Start with a piece of card 14cm x 28cm or 5.5" x 11". fold in half then fold the top opening flap in half again. I like to put my design paper on here as it is easier when you cut your swing..... so for my heart paper, I cut three pieces- 2 @ 13.6cm (2 5/8") x 6.7cm ( 5 3/8") and one piece @ 13.6cm (5 3/8") x 13.6 (5 3/8")
To make your swing, choose your desired nestie shape and place it central over the two smaller sections. you are going to cut your swing out of the second section. Place your top clear pad over the second section....NOTE: your die will not be completely covered with your clear shim! Run through your machine as normal.
I am entering into the "Anything goes" challenge over at Papertake weekly with the addition of hearts
